Your new job: Business Development Manager | SEM, Social, Display, Content, Video, & Programmatic

Reporting directly to the HQ Senior Director, you will mainly be responsible for developing business growth and achieving sales, profit, and assigned targets.

The function:

  • You will proactively seek and foster strong client relationships to enhance business partnerships.
  • Identify potential clients in local, overseas, or Greater China markets to expand business opportunities.
  • Lead sales initiatives to achieve targets by delivering excellent service and solutions.
  • Oversee and actively engage in all business processes, including participation in pitch teams, conducting thorough analyses, and fulfilling various duties as required.
  • Execute media planning, develop proposals, and provide professional account services to clients.

What we need from you:

As the new Business Development Manager | SEM, Social , Display, Content, Video & Programmatic, you must have:

  • Over 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, Google Ads SEM, Facebook Ads, integrated digital marketing solutions, etc.
  • Proven sales track records and can work with a strong level of autonomy
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Preferred to have good network & Strong experience in the media/ advertising field
  • You are someone intentional about building a personal reputation in the market therefore you ensure to continue to foster positive relationships within your network
