Your new job: Advertising Sales Director | Hunter | Media & Publishing | Luxury & Lifestyle

This is an individual sales role with a primary focus on selling a key title, along with an opportunity to cross-sell other sister titles within the group. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will collaborate with regional and local business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle process
  • Initiate contact with potential clients to create awareness and influence buying behavior
  • Deliver impactful presentations that convert into business revenue
  • Proactively and creatively engage in business development
  • Serve as the primary and in-person point of contact for existing and new clients
  • Manage KPIs, forecasts, and exceed targets
  • Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a result-oriented environment

What we need from you:

As the new Advertising Sales Director, you should have prior experience in sales management with exceptional commercial acumen, focusing on innovation and growth within the media and publishing sector.

  • 4 years of media sales experience
  • Strong passion for sales
  • Comprehensive understanding of brands and business
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, both oral and written
  • Enthusiastic about meeting people and attending events
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Consultative team player with discipline, humility, and an open mind

  • Publisher Sales (Digital Sales) experience in the luxury and lifestyle space
