About the Role: Sales Manager | Agency Sales | SG Based

With a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience (consulting, digital, agency), you possess a strong foundation in agency operations and a proven ability to cultivate new leads while effectively nurturing existing relationships.

You excel at establishing robust client connections at the mid-to-high level and are deeply committed to our mission of elevating our clients’ brands, firmly believing in the transformative power of creativity.

  • Strategically explore and generate new business opportunities through diverse channels to meet company sales and profit targets.
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to consistently surpass revenue goals for the SEA sales division.
  • Foster and sustain enduring relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Conduct meticulous market research to identify emerging business prospects and remain abreast of industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and partnerships, to ensure prompt service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to cultivate connections and generate fresh business prospects.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Skillfully negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure both profitability and customer contentment.
  • Expertly manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts.

What we need from you: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A proven track record with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in consulting, digital, or agency settings.
  • Profound understanding of marketing, branding, and PR.
  • Energetic, highly organized, and a staunch advocate of effective teamwork.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin or other SEA languages is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • A passionate commitment to delivering exceptional work, with a strong work ethic, reliability, and maturity.
