The Role: Business Development Director | Championing Strategic Growth and Innovative Partnerships
As the Business Development Director, you will spearhead our efforts to generate leads, maintain relationships with key prospects, and strategically expand our market presence.

  • You will lead efforts in generating leads and maintaining regular contact with existing prospects through various channels like emails, calls, and in-person meetings.
  • You will present innovative solutions to senior decision-makers within brands and agencies.
  • You will keep up-to-date with ongoing developments in the communications industry to identify growth opportunities.
  • You will develop a targeted long-term new business strategy aimed at sustainable growth.
  • You will create and manage revenue forecasts and monthly performance reports to ensure revenue targets are met.
  • You will work closely with the social media team to craft bespoke campaigns tailored to specific prospects.
  • You will maximize networking opportunities, regularly attending conferences, events, and trade shows to increase awareness and develop a broader network of contacts.

What We Need From You:

As the new Business Development Director | Driving Revenue and Strategic Partnerships | Fostering Industry Relationships, you should have:

  • You bring 6 to 8 years of experience in Business Development, New Business, or Account Management, preferably in the media, marketing, or communications sectors.
  • You are educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • You are a self-starter who is target-driven and thrives in a target-oriented environment.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and face-to-face.
  • You possess consultative sales skills and excellent time management capabilities.
  • You have experience in marketing, agency, or media environments and a passion for the industry.
