Your New Role: Account Manager | SEA clients | Ecommerce | Leading AI data powerhouse | SG based | SGD 5000 Monthly
As the newly appointed Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will encompass business development, marketing, and account servicing support.
Collaborating closely with the sales lead, you will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with key accounts and achieving business objectives through the execution of agreed-upon campaign entitlements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day client interactions, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Manage client expectations and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of projects.
- Advise clients on the best ways to integrate media into their advertising and marketing programs.
- Participate in and, if appropriate, lead face-to-face client and vendor meetings.
- Build positive relationships with internal and external teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Assist the sales lead in identifying and pursuing business growth opportunities within existing clients.
- Take responsibility for informing the team and clients about new opportunities or issues.
- Assess problems and concerns systematically, using logical and rational thinking.
- Proactively resolve issues, escalating when necessary and to the appropriate channels.
- Manage multiple deliverables and seamlessly transition among them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in developing media/digital presentations and tactical POVs, as needed.
- Create clear, compelling, and persuasive client reports.
- Ensure the team is well-informed about client issues, internal agency matters, and changes in account status.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of experience in general management responsibilities within the digital marketing and/or technology industry, preferably in a high-paced, rapid growth environment.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, focusing the team and driving results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a dynamic leadership team.
- Knowledge of the local media landscape and global digital trends to deliver integrated media solutions.
