The Role: Director/Senior Director of Marketing & Partnerships | Leading Strategic Initiatives and Building Partnerships in Asia
The Director/Senior Director of Marketing & Partnerships will spearhead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies, establish robust partnerships, and enhance brand visibility across Asia.
This role involves close collaboration with regional leaders and the global marketing team to align on strategic goals and drive business expansion.
- The candidate will lead the development and implementation of regional marketing strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the Asia market, using data insights to drive growth.
- They will build and maintain strong partnerships with key industry players like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Meta, and TikTok to strengthen brand presence and drive customer acquisition.
- They will represent the organization at both in-person and virtual events, engaging with clients and partners to highlight innovative solutions and capabilities.
- Collaboration is key, working with internal teams, including client engagement and business development, to create account-based marketing plans and deliver thought leadership for the Asia markets.
- They will optimize multi-channel marketing efforts to generate leads and accelerate the sales pipeline, applying best practices and creative approaches.
- They will analyze and continuously refine the effectiveness of marketing activities, maximizing ROI and business impact.
What we will need from you
The new Director/Senior Director of Marketing & Partnerships | Driving Strategic Growth and Building Relationships will possess:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing or related roles in advertising, research services, or media, with a focus on regional marketing.
- A proven track record in leading regional marketing efforts and developing market-specific content, especially in Asia.
- Deep knowledge of B2B marketing tactics and best practices, with a focus on innovation and strategic growth.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of distilling complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Experience in generating thought leadership and achieving pipeline and revenue goals.
- Expertise in planning and presenting at regional marketing events.
- A self-driven approach with a strong ability to use data and insights for strategic decision-making.
