The CEO of Digital Advertising:

 As the CEO of Digital Advertising, you will be at the heart of the team’s culture. You will build on the open culture to create one that promotes teamwork and high performance. And you will be responsible for motivating the team, promotions, salary increases, new hiring and all other HR matters.

Planning and goals

Providing a seasoned level of Planning & Strategy, you will create and execute both short-term tactical plans and long-term goals. This will involve regular annual/monthly planning, new business stream plans, hiring and partnerships strategy among other activities.

Running operations

You will run day to day operations and manage the Creative and Account Servicing teams. It is crucial that you are able to oversee prioritization of projects and ensure the team continuously delivers high quality creative outputs, in line with aggressive client schedules.

Responsibilities

Being the face of the agency, you will consolidate and build business through close interaction with current clients. You will build new clients and business streams to help accelerate growth of the company. With the company’s healthy profit margin, you will be responsible for fiscal oversight. You will work with Accountant on financial matters. You will also be maintaining the monthly reporting and manage cash flow and produce quarterly finance reports for the Management Board.

What would we like you to bring:

 As the new CEO of this company, there are 3 core areas to fulfil:

  1. You are someone who is highly experienced in digital advertising and design. You are someone who will provide senior leadership in this space as this is the core of the business.
  2. By having been working in a C-level capacity, you are someone who knows the ins and outs of leading the operations of the company. You are confident taking on a full ownership of the strategy and performance of the company.
  3. You are someone with a massive regional experience, have worked with multiple brands that are localized for certain markets

You have at least 5 years of experience in running a company or a large business division with P&L responsibility and cross functional teams.

Your relationship building ability is strong, you are value nurturing solid relationships. You are deeply collaborative, a servant leader yet someone who is responsible for making key decisions. And your communication skills across client management and internal communication is integral to the success of the role.
