How your activities would look like:
- Analyze customer data to inform decisions and measure the effectiveness of customer success initiatives.
- Oversee client PnLs and achieve business-set key metrics.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead entry strategies.
- Drive new client acquisition through targeted sales and relationship building.
- Collaborate with CSMs to meet or exceed revenue forecasts through regular reviews.
- Conduct periodic pricing reviews and ensure successful implementation.
- Establish KPIs to track customer success goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team, including sales and customer success functions.
- Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
- Monitor customer health and proactively address at-risk clients.
- Develop and deliver customer training and onboarding programs.
- Build and manage customer communities for knowledge sharing.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and advocate for them within the company.
- Share customer insights and feedback with other departments to drive product improvements.
What do we need from you:
- The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Degree.
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior commercial or business development role within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Experience with CRM and loyalty solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of data science, complex integrations, and related professional services.
- Exceptional market research and trend analysis skills.
- Excellent communication abilities to craft persuasive proposals.
- Proven experience in negotiating and closing commercial deals.
- Solid understanding of legal contract management for commercial agreements.
- Results-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Fluent in English.
