You are a curious, analytical, and energetic person to plan, execute and optimize targeted marketing campaigns in 9 markets across Asia.
You’ll be working as part of a cross-agency team (data, strategy, creative, production, operations) which is pioneering data-driven marketing for one of the biggest retail brands in the world.
What your day-to-day will look like:

Manage and maintain a comprehensive and accurate client database.
- Conduct data mining and research to gather insights on clients, their preferences, and purchasing patterns.
- Prepare data-driven reports on key success factors and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the Retail team to provide a monthly client cockpit report and campaign summary report.
What do we need from you:
-
Ideal candidate is a diploma/bachelors graduate (preferably in Technology or Marketing) with between 0-3 years of work experience
- Has a good mix of marketing knowledge and keen interest in technology and digital marketing
- Highly organized, structured thinker who enjoys getting hands-on with operations and technology
- Interest in campaign planning, execution, and analysis
- Very strong attention to detail
What will make you stand out:
-
Familiarity with concepts like SQL and HTML and CRM is a big plus
- Sound technical knowledge of how to operate at least one CRM / EDM marketing platform – e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP Hybris, Microsoft Dynamics, Eloqua etc is desired
- Familiarity with retail marketing and the customer journey within the retail sector.
- Understanding of market trends, segmentation, and customer insights.
- Knowledge of social media, e-commerce, and customer service integration for data optimization.
