The Role: Director of Marketing, Communications, and Partnerships | Leading Innovation for Social Impact

In this role, you will steer all marketing, communications, and partnership efforts, ensuring the organization’s message resonates with donors, partners, and the community at large. You will lead a team, manage outreach initiatives, and oversee the creation of campaigns that inspire action and drive engagement.

With your deep understanding of the non-profit sector, you’ll be responsible for expanding the organization’s footprint through strategic partnerships and donor relationships, ensuring long-term financial sustainability.

What will you do?

As Director of Marketing, Communications, and Partnerships, you will:
 

  • Craft and implement a dynamic marketing and communications strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission.
  • Lead and manage donor engagement efforts, nurturing relationships with corporate partners and community stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation of campaigns across various platforms, ensuring consistency and resonance in messaging.
  • Lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of creativity and results.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor and improve marketing initiatives, ensuring impactful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with program teams to align marketing efforts with community engagement goals.

What you bring:

  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing, communications, or partnerships, with a focus on the non-profit or public sector.
  • A proven track record of building and managing relationships with corporate donors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a passionate team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and drive results.
  • Experience in digital marketing, fundraising campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
  • A passion for making a difference and the drive to lead change in the community.
