New Opportunity: Head of Community Growth and Engagement | Cultivate and Expand Thriving Communities

The Head of Community Growth and Engagement will lead efforts to grow, engage, and nurture consumer communities, both online and offline, and will drive initiatives that enhance the community experience and foster long-term loyalty.
 

  • Formulate and execute plans to expand consumer communities across multiple channels, emphasizing both online and offline engagement strategies.
  • Identify and integrate new communities, ensuring a seamless fit within the existing brand framework.
  • Lead and develop a team of community managers, encouraging a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Establish a feedback mechanism with community members to gather insights on their needs and preferences, continuously enhancing the community experience
  • Promote high engagement levels within current communities through creative content and interactive approaches.
  • Develop and implement content plans that resonate with community members, boosting engagement and loyalty.
  • Forge partnerships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other organizations to enhance community growth initiatives.
  • Leverage data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of community strategies and continually refine them based on insights.
  • Organize and oversee community events, both virtual and in-person, to strengthen engagement and foster a sense of belonging.

What we need from you

The ideal candidate for the Head of Community Growth and Engagement should have:
 

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in community building, engagement, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in developing and executing content and engagement strategies.
  • A strong understanding of current trends and best practices in community engagement.
  • A passion for building and nurturing vibrant and engaged communities.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills for developing innovative community engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure success.
  • Experience working with diverse communities across various platforms.
