We are seeking individuals with a combination of creativity and a strong team-oriented approach. Here, you’ll have the chance to collaborate with well-known Asian brands and contribute to the discovery of the next ‘It’ brand set to debut in Singapore.
You will manage and optimize the e-commerce operations, sales, and online presence by overseeing the daily administration of the brand website and marketplaces, ensuring achievement of sales and operational KPIs, and collaborating across cross-functional teams for successful product launches and promotional campaigns, while continuously enhancing the user experience and staying updated on industry trends.
What will you do?
As an Ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Manage the company’s e-commerce site and marketplace platforms, reporting to the Head of E-commerce
- Drive online sales through product listings, communication message design, and planning for selected online sales items
- Integrate social platforms (Facebook, Instagram) with e-shop/e-commerce to increase awareness and exposure for online product listings
- Generate weekly analytics reports on online sales and performance based on predefined metrics
- Collaborate closely with the merchandising team to choose products and finalize activation for e-commerce sites and marketplace platforms
- Oversee the e-commerce operational process, including product listing and content uploading
- Work in tandem with the Inventory & Operations team to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Provide customer service through live-chat and email, working alongside remote Customer Service representatives
- Collaborate with the Creative and Branding teams to ensure that visuals and copy for e-commerce and marketplace platforms align with brand guidelines
- Offer support for other e-commerce operations and projects as needed
What we need from you?
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the e-commerce field
- Experience in a fashion or beauty company is preferred
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Passionate about staying informed on consumer trends and e-commerce
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality service
- Proficient in multitasking and driven by taking initiative
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
