Your New Challenge: Head of CRM and Lifecycle Marketing | Drive Engagement and Growth
Take the lead in advancing customer engagement and loyalty, driving revenue growth, and expanding market reach across Southeast Asia.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and retention through various channels, including email, messaging apps, and app notifications.
- Enhance and optimize automated workflows to support customer journeys at different lifecycle stages.
- Implement segmentation strategies for more personalized and effective marketing campaigns.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative upsell and cross-sell strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign messaging and maximize conversion rates.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to improve CRM tactics continuously.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with broader company goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of CRM specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and learning.
- Ensure compliance with all data protection regulations across operational markets.
What we need from you:
- 8+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing, with a proven track record in customer engagement and retention.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Deep knowledge of CRM and Customer Data Platform (CDP) technologies, especially in Southeast Asian markets.
- Hands-on and strategic approach to both planning and execution.
- Excellent communication skills and a strategic, detail-oriented mindset.
- Expertise in data-driven marketing and the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies.
