Your New Challenge: Head of CRM and Lifecycle Marketing | Drive Engagement and Growth

Take the lead in advancing customer engagement and loyalty, driving revenue growth, and expanding market reach across Southeast Asia.
 

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and retention through various channels, including email, messaging apps, and app notifications.
  • Enhance and optimize automated workflows to support customer journeys at different lifecycle stages.
  • Implement segmentation strategies for more personalized and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign messaging and maximize conversion rates.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to improve CRM tactics continuously.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with broader company goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of CRM specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and learning.
  • Ensure compliance with all data protection regulations across operational markets.

What we need from you:

  • 8+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing, with a proven track record in customer engagement and retention.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM and Customer Data Platform (CDP) technologies, especially in Southeast Asian markets.
  • Hands-on and strategic approach to both planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strategic, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Expertise in data-driven marketing and the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies.
