As the Marketing Director, you will be at the forefront of driving the company’s marketing initiatives, overseeing a diverse team, and ensuring that the brand remains top-of-mind in a competitive landscape. This is a new role designed to bring in a fresh perspective, and the successful candidate will have a significant impact on how the company positions itself in both local and international markets.
What will you do?
- Lead the Marketing Department: Manage and guide the marketing team to effectively execute all campaigns and initiatives.
- Strategic Market Planning: Assess, develop, and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- International Marketing Support: Collaborate with global offices to support marketing efforts, including activities in key markets such as India and Southeast Asia.
- Event and Exhibition Management: Lead the planning and execution of multiple exhibitions, ensuring that the brand is represented consistently and effectively.
- Brand Positioning and Awareness: Develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and establish the company as a thought leader in the industry.
- Competitor Research and Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure that strategies are aligned with market demands and opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, that communicate the brand’s unique value proposition.

What we need from you?
As the new Marketing Director you should have,
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Over 8 years of experience in strategic marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving growth and delivering successful campaigns.
- International Experience: Ability and willingness to support marketing efforts in key international markets, with experience working in multi-cultural environments being a strong advantage.
- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor activities within the industry.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to leverage data and market research to inform strategies and refine campaigns.
- Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams, with a focus on fostering collaboration and creativity.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
