Your new Job: Media Buying Lead

As the Lead of the Media Buying and SEM team, your exceptional skills and excellent leadership will play a crucial role in advancing our clients’ digital advertising efforts to unprecedented levels.
This, in turn, will contribute significantly to the overall growth and reputation of the agency.

What will you do?

As a Media Buying Lead, you will:

  • Lead the team responsible for Media Buying and SEM, guiding them in strategically planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for various clients.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for media buying aligned with clients’ goals to achieve measurable results in ROI, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Supervise the creation of compelling ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages tailored to resonate with target audiences and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze performance data of campaigns, utilizing key metrics and insights for informed decision-making and optimization.
  • Collaborate with different departments, such as Creative, Analytics, and Client Services, to ensure unified and integrated marketing strategies across digital channels.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and technological advancements to suggest innovative approaches, maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Provide clients with regular performance reports highlighting key performance indicators and the value derived from advertising efforts.
  • Manage client relationships through regular meetings to understand evolving needs, address concerns, and present growth opportunities.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of media buyers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Establish clear goals and performance expectations for team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback and mentorship to support professional development.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to assist in acquiring new clients, offering expertise during pitches and proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all campaigns.

What we need from you?

✓ Proven track record of over 5 years in efficiently managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across diverse platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn advertising, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other relevant digital channels.
✓ Previous leadership roles held in a digital marketing agency, with a focus on media buying and SEM.
✓ Demonstrated success in handling multiple clients and delivering profitable outcomes for their digital advertising accounts.
✓ Thorough understanding of current digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
✓ Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to extract actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
✓ Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
✓ Experience in training and overseeing media buyers to foster innovation and skill development within the team.
✓ In-depth expertise in audience targeting, ad formats, and bidding strategies on various digital advertising platforms.
✓ Adaptability in staying informed about the latest platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry shifts, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
