We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Media Buy Campaign Manager to join our digital marketing team. You will mentor media buying team members, oversee campaigns for our company and clients, and collaborate closely with management and clients to meet goals and manage budgets for exceptional results.
Your new Job: Media Buying Campaign Manager
As the Media Buying Campaign Manager you will lead online ad campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
What will you do?
As a Media Buying Campaign Manager, you will:

Develop and implement effective media buying strategies across multiple digital advertising platforms to achieve Agency’s and client objectives.

Specialize in managing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and stay updated with the latest platform updates and trends.

Efficiently manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and deliver exceptional results within budget constraints.

Utilize advanced audience targeting techniques to reach the appropriate audience segments and optimize campaign performance.

Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.

Determine the most effective ad placements and formats for each campaign, including display, search, video, Pmax, and social ads.

Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize key performance metrics, including CPC, CPM, CTR, and conversion rates.

Generate and present detailed campaign reports to Agency’s and clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.

Maintain transparent and open communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns.

Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging advertising technologies, and best practices to enhance campaign performance.
What we need from you?
✔️ At least 4-5 years of experience in Paid Search and Social
✔️ Demonstrated experience in managing digital advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
✔️ Strong comprehension of digital advertising principles, ad formats, and targeting options.
✔️ Proficiency in ad management platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
✔️ Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
✔️ Strong communication and client management skills.
✔️ Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
