Your new Job: Media Planning & Campaign Manager

We’re seeking a Media Manager with a passion for delivering top-notch marketing and digital solutions.

The ideal candidate has proven account leadership and strategic planning experience in diverse channels, both digital and non-digital, within a Singapore-based media/creative/digital agency.

We value boldness, resilience, and a drive to achieve clients’ objectives and agency revenue growth.

What will you do?

As an Media Planning & Campaign Manager, you will.

  • Serve as the thought leader aligning strategic thinking with clients’ business goals and marketing objectives, driving tangible growth for clients.
  • Act as the key custodian of clients’ media and trading investment across digital channels to meet agency’s revenue growth targets.
  • Lead strategic planning and direct team members in developing award-winning campaigns that deliver best-in-class work and strong business outcomes.
  • Strategize and manage partnership projects with key media partners, content publishers, and KOLs to create and deliver effective social and content campaigns for clients.
  • Lead collaboration with specialist teams to formulate effective solutions that drive campaign fulfillments.
  • Maximize margins achieved from every project, ensuring forecasts are consistently met within the agreed time period.
  • Oversee and ensure quality control of campaign activation to meet client objectives.
  • Resolve campaign issues promptly and productively, while identifying and implementing process improvements.

What we need from you?

As the new Media Planning & Campaign Manager, you should have:

✓ A minimum of 6 years of experience in social media, media, ad agencies, or digital consultancy companies, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
✓ Demonstrated success in leading demand generation programs and delivering measurable results in the B2C sector.
✓ Proficient in managing social media platforms, handling key opinion leaders (KOLs) and communities, and organizing events.
✓ Strong command of spoken and written English is preferred.
✓ Keen attention to detail.
✓ Effective time management skills to ensure timely task completion.
✓ Competence in utilizing MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Google Slides for executing tasks.
