Your new Job: Performance Marketing Manager
As a Performance Marketing Manager,

  • Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior members of the performance team.
  • Lead strategic discussions with clients on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and guidance.
  • Manage budget allocation across campaigns to achieve optimal ROI.
  • Define KPIs for digital marketing campaigns, and other channels that suit the campaign
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Create and deliver regular performance reports to clients, highlighting metrics such as app downloads, cost per download, cost per click, return on ad spend, and brand lift.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to align messaging and visuals with performance goals.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to optimize campaign and app performance.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance across platforms like Google Ads, programmatic platforms, and social media.
  • Implement attribution tracking using platforms such as Adjust or Appsflyer to measure and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimize campaigns across various digital channels, tailored to different campaign types.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to refine campaign strategies, ad creatives, and landing pages.

What we need from you?

  • You bring over 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, specializing in performance optimization.
  • Have had 1-2 years of team management experienc
  • Proficient in data analytics, with hands-on experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, DV360, Appsflyer, Adjust, and programmatic platforms like StackAdapt, The TradeDesk, and Xandr.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic dOOH, is highly desirable.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Exhibits excellent analytical skills, translating data into actionable insights.
  • A strategic thinker, capable of developing and implementing effective performance strategies.
  • Skilled in managing multiple campaigns across different platforms and campaign types.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, catering to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
