Your new job: Project Manager | project coordination | stakeholder management | budgeting

As a project manager, you are responsible for coordinating the flawless execution of projects. You’ll work with internal resources and vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

You also manage account owner expectations, develop detailed project plans, and prevent scope creep.

Overall, you are responsible for measuring project performance, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, and performing risk management.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Spend a significant amount of time planning projects. This includes defining the project scope, identifying the project’s goals and objectives, and developing a project schedule and budget.

  • Communicating with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.
  • Managing the project team and ensuring that the project stays on track.
  • Monitoring the project’s progress and making adjustments as needed – tracking the project’s budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Reporting regularly on the project’s progress to stakeholders.

What do we need from you:

  • Able to explain marketing-related processes and technicalities with regards to project requirements

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Minimum diploma in marketing, business, or related field
