Your new Job: Senior Account Executive – Assistant Account Manager

What will you do?
As an Senior Account Executive/ Assistant Account Manager,
- Project Coordination: Manage and execute projects by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Process Articulation: Understand, articulate, and explain processes and technical details to meet project requirements effectively.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Commercial Management: Handle client conversations regarding commercial aspects and identify new business opportunities.
- Consultative Sales: Develop consultative relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Client Engagement: Keep clients informed and engaged with our latest service developments and achievements.
- Project Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes and solutions that align with client needs and objectives.
- Account Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on account statuses.
- Business Development: Collaborate with the business development team on proposals and pitches to secure new business.
- Issue Management: Assist in managing challenging client requests and handle issue escalations as required.
What we need from you?
- Relevant background of study within Advertising, Marketing
- Agency-trained and have worked in advertising/creative industry between 3-5 years
- Proven experience in project management and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to understand and explain complex processes and technical details
- You are someone who is a proactive and a creative thinker
- Demonstrated ability to manage client conversations around commercial matters and new business opportunities.
- Experience in developing consultative relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to keep clients engaged and informed about service developments.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business development teams and contribute to proposals and pitches.
