About the role:

  • Growth role!
  • Brainstorm & implement strategies to improve organic rankings and search traffic
  • Explore, & update content strategy
  • Monitor, track, & analyze ranking performance on an ongoing basis
  • Manage & report SEO performance and optimization
  • Provide SEO analysis & recommendations on the structure of websites and web pages
  • Coordinate with the team to develop & execute site migration, content, & redirect strategies for large and complex websites
  • Mentor & manage junior colleagues
  • Collaborate with different teams, such as website management, content, UI design, & digital marketing team on the execution of projects
  • Support Sales team in SEO pre-sales pitch with prospecting clients to explain SEO campaign strategies

What do we need from you?

As the new SEO Manager, we need you to have:

  • Minimum five years of technical SEO experience across various industries
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in tactical implementation for complex websites and site migrations
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Experience with technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and Ahref
  • Ability to set up, optimize, and develop internal site search strategies
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Track record of creating strategies or resolving SEO issues
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
