The Role: Social Media Account Director  | Driving Social Media Excellence Through Strategy and Innovation
As the Social Media Account Director, you will be at the helm of driving impactful social media strategies that align with your clients’ business objectives. You will lead a dynamic team, oversee the creation of compelling content across multiple platforms, and ensure that offerings remain cutting-edge by staying ahead of industry trends.

With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of brand voice, you will collaborate closely with the creative team to deliver on-brand experiences.

Your leadership will not only guide junior team members but also leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine and elevate our social media presence.

What will you do?

Social Media Account Director | Driving Social Media Excellence Through Strategy and Innovation you will:
 

  • You excel at aligning social media strategies with overall client business objectives.
  • You keep yourself updated on industry trends, tools, and algorithms to ensure social media offerings remain innovative and effective.
  • You take charge of creating engaging, high-quality content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • You work closely with the creative team to ensure that all content is on-brand and matches the company’s voice and objectives.
  • You enjoy mentoring and guiding junior social media team members to help them grow.
  • You are diligent in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on social media performance using analytics tools to provide actionable insights.
  • You rely on data to refine and improve strategies and tactics for better outcomes.
What we need from you?
As the new Social Media Account Director you should have,
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
  • You bring over 5 years of experience in social media strategy, with a solid history of delivering successful campaigns.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, tools, and industry best practices.
  • You excel at analyzing social media data and using insights to shape and optimize strategies.
  • You demonstrate strong communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • You are creative and capable of crafting innovative social media campaigns that stand out.
  • You have experience with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (a plus).
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and can efficiently manage multiple projects at once.
