Your new job: Advertising Sales Director | Hunter | Media & Publishing | Luxury & Lifestyle
This is an individual sales role with a primary focus on selling a key title, along with an opportunity to cross-sell other sister titles within the group. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will collaborate with regional and local business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle process
- Initiate contact with potential clients to create awareness and influence buying behavior
- Deliver impactful presentations that convert into business revenue
- Proactively and creatively engage in business development
- Serve as the primary and in-person point of contact for existing and new clients
- Manage KPIs, forecasts, and exceed targets
- Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a result-oriented environment
What we need from you:
As the new Advertising Sales Director, you should have prior experience in sales management with exceptional commercial acumen, focusing on innovation and growth within the media and publishing sector.
- 4 years of media sales experience
- Strong passion for sales
- Comprehensive understanding of brands and business
- Excellent relationship-building skills, both oral and written
- Enthusiastic about meeting people and attending events
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Consultative team player with discipline, humility, and an open mind

- Publisher Sales (Digital Sales) experience in the luxury and lifestyle space
- Excellent understanding of selling digital content
- Strong existing network in the luxury and lifestyle industry, with a bonus if you also have connections in the tourism and hospitality sectors

- High level of cross-cultural and emotional intelligence
- Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident
