Your new Job: Assistant Marketing Manager/Manager

What will you do?
As an Assistant Marketing Manager,
 

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies aligned with business goals and project KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the content team to devise impactful strategies across online and offline channels.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing plans and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to deliver campaigns within constraints.
  • Provide detailed reporting on campaign success rates to track progress.
  • Foster communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support marketing objectives.

What we need from you?
 

  • An ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, and/or Communications.
  • Up to 5 years of relevant experience in event marketing, demonstrating a proven track record in running campaigns and promotions for events.
  • The ideal candidate will possess attributes of creativity, drive, and results orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential for this role.
  • Familiarity and a keen attitude toward understanding the demands of ongoing events are essential.
  • Passion for the rewards the event world offers, such as building a multitude of networks, occasional travel, and exposure to a fast-paced, innovative culture and space, is integral.
