As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a Media Sales Director who will be responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with Media Agencies & Direct clients in Singapore.

Looking for a highly motivated Media Sales Director to lead expansion into the Singapore market. As a Media Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with media agencies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client experiences
The Function:
- Pitch and close innovative customer solutions from a variety of products offered by the company, including insights, brand building, content marketing, and demand generation.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and meets business objectives
- Thorough understanding of digital media and content marketing landscape including video, mobile, social, display, programmatic and experiential.
- Proven sales track record in selling digital and custom content.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and develop their skills and careers.
What we need from you:
- At least 8+ years of sales experience, with a strong understanding of digital advertising
- Proven track record in identifying new and innovative opportunities and closing deals with a solution-based approach for clients, agencies, and partners
- Media Agency experience is ideal. If coming from the AdTech/MarTech industry, should have a proven sales track record and team management
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build excellent rapport with strategic decision makers.
- Good understanding of how to run and measure performance with relevant KPIs.
- Experience working in a highly collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders.
