The Role? Programmatic Sales Manager.
As the face of the monetization department, your core focus would be championing the programmatic monetization across this global hub’s social apps. You will be selling solutions proactively to agencies, agency trading desks, in-house direct clients, DSPs, as well as leveraging on this company’s connections and partnerships with major SSPs in order to meet and exceed client expectations. You must be able to manage the set-up and operations of these client accounts, and create compelling story lines and data-driven presentations customized to their business and problems, including the facilitation of these campaign solutions from start to finish.
Ideally, you have an operational and analytical mindset, equipped with strong experience and interest in how programmatic advertising is changing the social media landscape. You will be a key asset driving revenue from new businesses and cultivating new relationships, and therefore should be willing to constantly learn and develop as the market changes.
As the brain behind successes, you would be a consultant for your clients being able to analyze data, identify problems & solutions, and give marketing recommendations leveraging the different social media platforms owned and operated by the company. You would also be collaborating with the cross functional teams globally across product, marketing, sales and campaign management to successfully ensure business and client success.
Excel and stand out from the rest if have:
- Graduated with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Technology or Media field
- At least 5 years of experience in ad sales marketing and development, or of a related sales support function
- Knowledge and understanding of digital media platforms, ad metrics, data analysis and insights delivery
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Preferably have market knowledge on SEA countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore)
- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills, Mandarin a major plus!
- Singaporean/PR citizenship status, and can travel domestically and internationally as needed
