This giant within the sustainability sector operates in almost 30 different countries with a staff count of over 15.000. The team
Based in a brand new office in the heart of Amsterdam this multinational is centralizing their global marketing and data team in a center of excellence with only the best digital marketing specialists. Therefore, you will be on top of the action and decision making and will work with the best of the business. The goal of this centralized team is to be an agile force of expertise, this is done by keeping the team size to a ‘small’ team size, 12 FTE.
The culture within this centralized team is similar to a start-up! A real team player and open attitude is a definite must. The team members have their own core speciality but really work together in order to create a more sustainable world.
Your new challenge: Brand Strategist at a sustainable in-house center of excellence!
Your responsibility will be the global brand strategy for at least 12 countries (still counting, by the end of the year you will be serving 16 countries). Aligning all local regions, creating and optimizing local strategies, doing localized & target campaigns with your team. You’ll be the linking pin between the business and your team.
Creating a brand strategy, digital identity or launching a new product are things that make you enthusiastic and put you in your strength! Creating content, both copy and photos/videos, are one of the mature tools to bring the brands to life. After you came up with the right strategy, you will oversee the overall roadmap, quality, briefings and other assets related to content.
Most of your “internal clients” are still in there begin phase when it comes to building a brand. This means that not everything is in place and a lot of things still have to be ‘build’. This sometimes means that you have to roll up your sleeves, creating a new concept, making wireframes or even a design.
Requirements
- Agency background is a strong pre!
- You’ve experience with using tools like Adobe or Sketch
- Strategic experience with building brands and identities
- Worked with large budgets
- You are able to manage stakeholders in an international environment
- You have excellent oral and written skills in the English language
