Lead Technical Delivery Manager | Empowering Business through Technology
As Technical Delivery Manager you will be the lead in delivering complex marketing and commerce platforms to empower your clients. You will be leading teams of architects, developers and analysts in order to ensure the optimal implementation and delivery. Given that this is a leadership position, you will have the opportunity to further develop your leadership and coaching skills, while working with some of the industries best and brightest.
In this role it is essential to have a continuous focus on value creation. You look further than purely the technical aspect of a tool or platform, but at what the impact of such a platform will have for a business, and guide your client through this. Rather than focusing only on the technical aspects, you aim to further develop your clients capabilities in the marketing and commerce realm.
At your disposal, you will have the entirety of a global Big Four consultancy. It will be up to you to leverage this wealth of knowledge and resources in the most efficient way and aligning with your clients agenda.
Your profile:
- Masters degree in Business, Marketing or Technology
- Significant (5+ years) experience with delivering marketing and commerce platforms such as SAP Hybris, Salesforce Commercecloud, Cloudcraze and Adobe Experience Cloud
- Background in Consultancy/Consulting
- Strong project management experience
- Understanding of B2C and B2B marketing goals and methodology and the tools required to be successful
- Experienced stakeholder management and customer relationship building skills, from C-level to specialist-level
- In-depth and up to date knowledge of current developments in Digital Marketing and e-Commerce
- Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent English fluency – with Dutch and any additional languages being a big plus
- A valid working visa for the Netherlands/EU is required
