As a Regional Operations Coordinator,
you will be focusing on elevating operational processes and managing stakeholders from a regional level, all while working closely with local, regional, and global teams to ensure initiatives meet EMEA needs.
Wondering what your day-to-day will look like?
- You will work on optimizing operational processes to help merchants, and the local teams that support them, get set up for success on our platform.
- You will immerse yourself in the end-to-end partner experience and identify opportunities to automate, productize and optimize processes, backed by rigorous data analyses.
- You will also work with a variety of stakeholders, gather their inputs and work towards an aligned approach.
What do we need from you as the new Regional Merchant Operations Coordinator?
- 2-3 years of operations, analytics, consulting, or other related experience
- Excellent data management skills. Spreadsheet and SQL.
- Explorer – the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role. A self-starter attitude is required!
- Comfort with ambiguity. You are unfazed by executing on projects where all the information is not always available and priorities can change as more data comes to bear.
- Balance attention to detail with swift execution – we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength.
- Clear communicator. You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the important points, and disseminate actionable insights.
- Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment.

- Salary up to €5.500,- gross per month incl. holiday allowance, based on 40 hours
